PROPERTY SECURITY

You are able to use real estate located within Kerala as collateral for the transactions you are conducting, provided that the title to the property in question is not in dispute by the owner. Please provide the following documents to ensure the validity of the property as security:

  • Original title deeds and prior documents covering past 13 years.
  • An encumbrance certificate covering past 13 years.
  • The current year’s land tax receipt.
  • The building tax receipt of current year, if applicable.
  • A possession and enjoyment certificate.
  • A location certificate and sketch of the property.
  • Other records, if necessary.
